Classic French Wrought Iron Chandelier

A classic French wrought iron chandelier, hand-forged with the restrained scrollwork of early-1900s French metalwork. It is the version of this style that fits a normal room: enough detail to carry a dining room or living room, without the scale that only a double-height foyer can absorb.

Why hand-forged iron looks different

Forged iron carries the marks of how it was made. Hammer texture along the arms, slight variation between one curve and the next, a finish that sits into the surface instead of on top of it. These are the things that separate a forged chandelier from a cast or pressed one, and they are the reason a piece like this still looks right in twenty years. Everything is made in our Saharanpur workshop, start to finish.
