Because your products are handcrafted and often customized:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom-made and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if received damaged or defective.
Customers must provide photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
