Refund policy

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, please read our return policy carefully.

• Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Standard products can only be returned if they are received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.

• Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
